We are using the following: Baking Soda – This household staple shines when it comes to neutralizing odors and cleaning, as it helps remove tough stains, eliminate foul odors, and clean difficult areas like the oven, microwave, and tile grout.

Cleaning Vinegar – Vinegar is an amazing household cleaning agent. Because of its high level of acidity, it can effectively remove molds, bacteria, and other germs in the house.

Alcohol – Rubbing alcohol is a good cleaner because it acts as both a solvent and a disinfectant due to its molecular structure.

Dawn Detergent – As a surfactant, Dawn helps to reduce the surface tension of water, allowing it to penetrate and lift dirt and grime more effectively.

We’ll send you a short Preparation Guide ahead of time so you know what to expect and how to get your space ready.

6. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Just let us know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations will be charged the full service amount.

7. How do I pay for my service?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (2.9% transaction fee applies), e-transfers, and cash. Invoices are sent electronically for easy payment.

8. What’s included in a standard residential clean?

Our standard clean includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom sanitizing, surface wiping, baseboards, and spot-cleaning high-touch areas. We’ll send a checklist so you know exactly what’s covered.

9. Do you offer deep cleaning?

Yes! Our deep cleaning service is ideal for spring cleaning, post-renovation, or when your home needs extra attention. It includes everything in a standard clean, plus inside appliances, cabinet exteriors, grout scrubbing, and more.

10. Do you do move-in/move-out cleanings?

Absolutely. We specialize in move-in and move-out cleanings, making sure your home is spotless and ready for the next occupant. These cleans are more detailed and can be customized based on your needs.

11. Can I request extra tasks during a visit?
